Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure Cardinal customers are satisfied.
• Utilize the Cardinal Way of Leasing: warmly greet prospects, answer calls, determine needs, present the community and apartments, close the sale, and follow up.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork; maintain accurate documentation per policy.
• Maintain tour path cleanliness to create a positive first impression of the community.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude with team members, residents, and vendors; assist with community events and projects.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
