CSC Management is seeking an outgoing Leasing Consultant in Lexington, KY to drive leasing efforts, showcase apartment features, and convert prospects into tenants. You will manage tours, respond to inquiries, and support marketing initiatives to broaden exposure for available units.

The role includes training, performance bonuses for leased units, and a collaborative team environment focused on delivering excellent resident experiences and consistent property performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in real estate and/or marketing or sales preferred.
• Awareness of rental landscape in Lexington, KY
• Proficient knowledge and willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Dropbox, Google Drive, and Online Databases like Entrata and Appfolio

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, friendly leasing office atmosphere and greet prospective residents.
• Qualify needs and present the community and apartments with emphasis on features and benefits.
• Handle calls and transfer to Manager when appropriate.
• Perform outreach marketing duties and assist in daily/weekly reports.
