Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to follow a sales process and convert prospects into customers.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and seasonal business needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Read, write, and speak English.

Responsabilités

• Follow AIR's proven sales process, including prospect follow-up, appointment setting, tours, and lease conversions.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and performance expectations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for prospects and residents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the resident journey from inquiry through move-in.
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives that drive traffic and leasing activity.
• Provide leasing support across AIR communities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
