Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to qualified prospects and prepare lease paperwork.
• Engage with in-person, phone, and email inquiries to provide leasing information and schedule tours.
• Conduct property tours and present available units to prospects.
• Assist with move-ins and ensure a smooth resident onboarding process.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and special reports for management.
• Explain lease terms and community policies clearly to residents.
• Support on-site marketing events and outreach to maximize occupancy.
• Collaborate with property manager and team to meet leasing goals.
