Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, promote properties, and ensure a smooth leasing process. You will conduct tours, screen applicants, negotiate leases, and assist with move-ins while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role supports the property manager and team to achieve high occupancy and uphold standards. The position requires a valid driver's license, 1+ year of leasing or sales experience, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide property information.
• Market and promote available properties and conduct property tours.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Assist with move-ins and maintain positive resident relations.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, or email and prepare reports.
