Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, provide information on available properties, and facilitate smooth move-ins. You will conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and negotiate lease terms while maintaining a high occupancy and positive resident relationships.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, 1+ year sales or leasing experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants; market available properties.
• Conduct property tours and answer inquiries with leasing information.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Maintain high occupancy and positive resident relations.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to meet leasing goals.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries promptly.
