ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen prospective tenants, present available properties, negotiate lease terms, and ensure a smooth move-in process. The role focuses on staying informed about local rental trends, marketing properties, conducting tours, and delivering superior resident service to maintain high occupancy.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of sales or leasing experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed about local rental market trends and regulations.
• Promote properties and participate in marketing events.
• Lease apartments to qualified prospects and prepare paperwork.
• Conduct property tours and answer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Respond to resident needs, concerns, and maintenance coordination.
• Explain lease terms and community policies to new and current residents.
• Plan and conduct resident functions as directed.
• Maintain fair housing compliance and company policies.
• Work weekends as required to meet leasing goals.
