ZRS Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen prospective tenants, market properties, and negotiate lease terms. You will conduct property tours, assist with move-ins, and provide excellent customer service to residents while coordinating with the property manager.

The role requires a High School diploma, 1+ year sales or leasing experience, and strong communication, organization, and Excel/Word skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen prospective tenants and negotiate lease terms.
• Market properties and conduct property tours.
• Maintain occupancy and positive resident relations.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist with move-in.
• Respond to inquiries by in-person, phone, and email.
