Monarch Investment and Management Group in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant for Camelot Apartments. You will greet prospective tenants, tour the property, and lease units on-site.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 6 months of relevant experience, strong communication and computer skills, and a valid driver's license. On-site schedule Mondays-Wednesdays 8:30 am-5:30 pm with competitive hourly pay.

Mondays-Wednesdays 8:30 am-5:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants
• Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities
• Lease vacant apartments to new residents
• Renew leasing contracts with existing residents
• Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts
• Assist property team with marketing efforts
• Participate in community outreach for brand awareness
• Fostering and maintaining relationships with on-site residents

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
• Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Valid Driver's License

Compensation
