Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a Leasing Consultant for Lakota Lake Apartments in West Chester, OH. The role focuses on greeting and leasing to prospective residents, maintaining show-ready units, and driving marketing outreach. Travel is required as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Ensure model and target apartments are in show-ready condition.
• Maintain property appearance and curb appeal."
• Prepare lease documents and coordinate signatures.
• Maintain Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
• Lead daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and other outreach.
• Support Resident Relations programs with the Assistant Property Manager.
• Travel is a requirement.

Multifamily Housing | Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Benefits for full time employees:

• - Pay up to $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
• - Up to $100.00 Commissions on new lease signings

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• - Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
• - Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings
• - Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
• - Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
• - Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
• - Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
• - Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
• - Travel is a requirement

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• - Prefer 1 year experience in multifamily housing, salesor customer service field
• - Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
• - Must-engage enthusiastically withprospective and current residents
• - Yardi experience a plus!
