Requirements include a high school diploma and 6 months of relevant experience, strong communication and computer skills, and a valid driver's license. On-site schedule Mondays-Wednesdays 8:30 am-5:30 pm with competitive hourly pay.

• Ability to navigate multiple software programs.

• Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants
• Conduct tours of the property and on-site amenities
• Lease vacant apartments to new residents
• Renew leasing contracts with existing residents
• Prepare leasing documents and contracts
• Assist with marketing efforts and brand awareness
• Engage with residents and build relationships on-site
