Misty Glen Apartments in Topeka, KS is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects and residents, guide them through the leasing process, and showcase our community. You will build rapport, describe floor plans and amenities, and close leases with a customer-first mindset.

Strong sales drive and exceptional customer service are essential. This role offers on-site work with a commission structure and potential bonuses based on performance.

Apartment Leasing Consultant at Misty Glen Apartments | Topeka, KS | Full-Time | On-site

PAY: $18.00 to $20.00 an hour plus commissions (Up to $100 per move-in-GREAT commission to be made with 216 apartments!)

SCHEDULE: Tuesday through Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM and Saturday 10:00AM to 3:00PM

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
