Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group in Parkersburg, WV is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team at Oakwood Village Apartments. The role focuses on greeting prospective residents, showing model apartments, and generating leases in a fast-paced multifamily community.

We offer pay at $16.00–$18.00 per hour, plus up to $100 commission on new lease signings, tuition reimbursement, two weeks paid time off, and comprehensive benefits. Prior Yardi experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service
• Good computer skills and ability to navigate software
• Engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
• Yardi experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greets, assists, and leases apartments to prospective residents
• Ensures appearance of the model apartments and target apartments for showings
• Monitors property curb appeal and presentation
• Creates lease documents and collects signatures
• Maintains Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
• Performs daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and other outreach

We are offering up to $18.00/hr. PLUS $100.00 commission on new lease signings, tuition reimbursement, and two weeks paid time off AND full benefits.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
• Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings
• Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
• Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
• Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
• Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
• Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Prefer 1 year experience in multifamily housing, salesor customer service field
• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
• Must-engage enthusiastically withprospective and current residents
• Yardi experience a plus!
