Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Lakota Lake Apartments in West Chester, OH. This on-site, full-time role involves greeting prospects, showing apartments, and guiding lease signings at the Fairfield, OH community.

You will manage marketing efforts, maintain property appearance, and support resident relations, with travel as a requirement. Prior multifamily or sales experience is preferred, and Yardi knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily housing or sales.
• Customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to learn and navigate property management software (e.g., Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Ensure model and target apartments are ready for showings.
• Maintain curb appeal and property appearance for showings.
• Prepare lease documents and facilitate signatures.
• Update Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
• Assist with daily marketing efforts (Craigslist and other outreach).
• Support Assistant Property Manager in resident relations program.
• Travel to properties as required.

Multifamily Housing | Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

• Pay up to $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
• Up to $100.00 Commissions on new lease signings

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
• Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings
• Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
• Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
• Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
• Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
• Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
• Travel is a requirement

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Prefer 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field
• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
• Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
• Yardi experience a plus!
