Job summary

MAA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at an apartment community. You will engage with prospective residents, explain the value and experience of living with MAA, and work to secure leases.

You’ll screen applicants, relay lease expirations, and support renewals, marketing efforts, and resident events. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and experience in sales or hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, and/or leasing.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective residents and communicate the value of living at an MAA community.
• Secure lease agreements and initiate screening of prospective residents.
• Communicate lease expirations and facilitate lease renewals.
• Assist with property marketing activities and resident events.
