Job summary

Acento Real Estate Partners LLC is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and match applicants with ideal homes. The role supports timely lease signings, background checks, and move-ins while using OneSite or MRI to track leasing activity.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of leasing experience, strong customer service, and bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office is expected, and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, showcase apartment features, and match potential residents with the perfect home.
• Qualify prospects, assist with applications, and process background and credit checks to support timely lease signings and move-ins.
• Prepare lease agreements and move-in packages, inspect apartments before move-in, and ensure all units are in excellent condition.
• Respond to resident service requests, answer incoming calls, and provide exceptional support to current and prospective residents.
• Maintain an organized leasing office and ensure all community common areas are clean, inviting, and tour-ready.
• Use property management software (OneSite or similar) to track leasing traffic, manage availability, and maintain resident data.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leasing & Tours: Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, showcase apartment features, and match potential residents with the perfect home.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Advertising preferred)
• At least 1 year of leasing experience required
• Familiarity with property management systems like OneSite, MRI, or similar platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to close leases
• Solid understanding of property management principles and customer service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus!
