Job summary

Acento Real Estate Partners is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, conduct property tours, and match applicants with the perfect home in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Requirements include at least 1 year of leasing experience, familiarity with OneSite or MRI, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication with a proven ability to close leases; bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing experience is required.
• Familiarity with OneSite or MRI property management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to close leases.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Tours: Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, showcase apartment features, and match potential residents with the perfect home.
• Sales Process: Qualify prospects, assist with applications, and process background and credit checks to support timely lease signings and move-ins.
• Move-In Coordination: Prepare lease agreements and move-in packages, inspect apartments before move-in, and ensure all units are in excellent condition.
• Customer Service: Respond to resident service requests, answer incoming calls, and provide exceptional support to current and prospective residents.
• Daily Operations: Maintain an organized leasing office and ensure all community common areas are clean, inviting, and tour-ready.
• System Management: Use property management software (OneSite or similar) to track leasing traffic, manage availability, and maintain resident data.

• Solid understanding of property management principles and customer service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus!
