Job summary

Highmark Residential in Red Road Commons is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to help future residents find their next home and to guide them through the leasing process. You will tour the community, process lease applications, and prepare leases while delivering excellent customer service.

In this role you will collect rent, plan resident functions, and contribute to retention efforts. The position offers competitive pay, career progression, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more


• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents


• Collect and secure rental payments


• Campaign research, reporting and retention


• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations

Qualifications
