Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Emerson location. The role involves showing units, processing leases, and supporting management with resident programs and retention.

You’ll promote the community and contribute to a positive image while meeting occupancy goals and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more.
• Plan and attend functions for residents.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Campaign research, reporting and retention.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations.
