Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Villas at Newport Landing community. You will help prospective residents find their home, process applications, and prepare leases, while supporting on-site management and promotional activities.

The role involves administering leasing paperwork, collecting rent, and coordinating resident events, with a focus on occupancy and retention in a dynamic community setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Tour the community with future residents and process lease applications.
• Type up leases and manage lease paperwork.
• Plan and attend resident functions to promote engagement.
• Collect and secure rental payments and monitor payments.
• Support retention efforts and report on occupancy and outcomes.

What your day to day might look like

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations
