Job summary

Highmark Residential in Eastchester Ridge seeks a Leasing Consultant to promote the community and guide prospective residents through the leasing process. You’ll tour the property, process applications, and help residents feel at home.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, processing lease applications, typing up leases and more.
• Plan and attend functions for our residents.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Campaign research, reporting and retention.
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations.
