Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to promote the Red Road Commons community in Miami, Florida. You will help prospective residents tour, apply, and finalize leases while supporting resident programs and retention efforts.

This position offers on-site work at Red Road Commons with opportunities for monthly bonuses, benefits, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, processing lease applications, typing up leases and more.
• Plan and attend resident functions to promote community engagement.
• Collect and secure rental payments; campaign research, reporting and retention.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations.
