Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Towne Creek to drive leasing and marketing programs, promote the community image, and support resident programs and retention.

Day-to-day duties include guiding tours, processing applications, collecting rents, planning resident functions, and maintaining an accurate closing ratio while contributing to a team with growth opportunities and a competitive pay package.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospects and assist in leasing processes.
• Process lease applications and prepare lease agreements.
• Plan and attend resident functions and events.
• Collect and secure rental payments and report on metrics.
• Support retention initiatives and property marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations

Qualifications
