Job summary

Highmark Residential in Smoky Crossing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to promote the property's image and assist with resident programs and retention.

You will tour the community with prospective residents, process applications, collect rents, and support marketing efforts. A high school diploma is required, with customer service or sales experience and strong communication skills a must. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Tour the community to help future residents find their next home and process leases.
• Plan and attend resident functions and events.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Conduct campaign research, reporting and retention activities.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on property expectations.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations
