Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Glen Oaks community. You will guide prospective residents, process leases, collect rent, and support retention efforts while promoting a positive image of our property.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community and processing lease applications.
• Plan and attend resident functions to foster community engagement.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Conduct campaign research, reporting and retention activities.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on property expectations.
