Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Irving, TX, to be the first point of contact for prospective residents. You will show apartments, close sales, process rental applications and leases, and help residents find their ideal home.

The role requires 1+ year in leasing/sales or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to type 30 WPM. You must be able to work Saturdays; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and residents
• Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests
• Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
• Selling features and amenities to prospective residents

Rate: $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
