Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in Plano, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Northwestern Plano, 462-unit community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, close leases, and process applications in compliance with fair housing laws.

This hourly nonexempt role pays $18.00 per hour, plus monthly new lease and renewal bonuses. Workdays are Monday through Saturday with hours 8:30 am–5:30 pm, Sat 10:00 am–5:00 pm, and a valid Texas driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work every other Saturday.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
