Job summary

Westdale in Duluth, GA seeks a Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, show apartments, process applications and leases, and close rentals in line with fair housing laws.

You will work Mon-Sat with 8am-5pm or Sat 10-5; 3-4 Saturdays per month. Must have 1-2 years leasing experience, strong communication, and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Yardi. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 year of apartment leasing experience is preferred.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work 3-4 Saturdays per month.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) ***Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Work Days: Monday - Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid GA Driver’s License

Our application process includes criminal background checks and drug screens.
