Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Duluth, GA to connect with prospective residents, showcase apartments, and process leases. You will greet residents, close sales, and manage applications in compliance with fair housing laws.

The role requires 1–2 years of leasing experience, excellent communication, and ability to work Saturdays. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; base pay ranges with monthly bonuses are included in the compensation package.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 year of apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work 3-4 Saturdays per month.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) ***Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Work Days: Monday - Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid GA Driver’s License

Our application process includes criminal background checks and drug screens.

Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
