Job summary

Westdale, a 256-unit Northwest Houston community, seeks a friendly Leasing Consultant. You will greet prospects, show apartments, close leases, and process applications in compliance with fair housing laws.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in leasing, bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication, and the ability to type 30 WPM. Yardi experience and weekend availability are required.

• Must be able to work Saturdays.

Rate: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Spring Hours:Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Wednesday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm; Saturday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Fall Hours:Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Wednesday 8:30 am - 12:30 pm; Saturday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
