You will conduct property tours, prepare lease agreements, and maintain high occupancy while building lasting resident relationships.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing and/or sales experience in a rental community.
• Proficiency with personal computers and MS Office.
• Rent Manager experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing personality; able to work with the public.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
