Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support the Rose Cove community. You will guide prospective residents through tours, process applications, and prepare leases while promoting the community and its amenities.

The role involves coordinating resident functions, collecting rents, and contributing to retention efforts. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a high school diploma and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tour the community, process lease applications and draft leases.
• Plan and attend resident functions to boost retention.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Conduct market research, reporting and retention analysis.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio per community standards.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations
