Job summary

Highmark Residential in Waverly is seeking a Leasing Consultant to promote the community and assist with resident programs and retention. You will tour the property, process applications, and prepare leases to help prospective residents find their next home.

Responsibilities include planning events, collecting rent, and contributing to retention efforts while upholding strong customer service. The role offers monthly bonuses, a 30% associate rent discount, and comprehensive benefits after 30

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, processing lease applications, typing leases and more.
• Plan and attend functions for residents to build community.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Campaign research, reporting and retention.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on property expectations.
