Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to implement leasing and marketing programs, promote the property's image, and assist management with resident programs and retention. You will tour communities, process applications, and help residents find their next home.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations
