You will tour communities, process applications, prepare leases, plan resident events, collect rents, and help retention. Strong customer service and sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma are required.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, processing lease applications, and preparing leases
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations
