Job summary

Highmark Residential in Afton Ridge is seeking a Leasing Consultant to promote the community and guide prospects through the leasing process. You will provide tours, process lease applications, and help residents find their next home.

Responsibilities include planning events, collecting rent, and driving retention with proactive outreach. A customer‑oriented attitude and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community and processing leases.
• Plan and attend resident functions to promote community engagement.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Conduct campaign research, reporting and retention activities.
• Maintain acceptable closing ratios based on property expectations.
