Job summary

Ingles Markets in Black Mountain, NC is seeking a Leasing and Construction Administrator to oversee multiple store operations and expansion projects. You will coordinate with management, contractors, and store teams to keep expansions on track and compliant.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and documentation across the real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in paralegal studies, real estate law, or construction preferred.
• Current Notary Public license preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong detail orientation, organization, and prioritization.
• High degree of integrity and confidentiality necessary.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for construction projects via the portal.
• Build, improve, and maintain the construction portal database.
• Prepare spreadsheets for tracking, budgeting, store status, and inventory.
• Coordinate remodels with contractors, store managers, district managers, and teams.
• Ensure stores appear prototypical with budgets and timeframes for management.
• Assist with due diligence requirements for new properties (surveys, title work, Phase 1, HVAC, etc.).
• Assist with adding lease information into Real Estate software.
• Assist with receiving and coding monthly rental checks for AR.
• Review, understand and interpret leases for tenants and management.
• Obtain permits and attend planning board meetings and city hearings.
• Notarize and record documents at registrar of deeds.
