Job summary

MMG in North Carolina is seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to support multifamily developments. The role works closely with the Project Manager and subcontractors to administer contracts and keep projects on schedule.

You will direct the project team to ensure safety, timeliness, and quality, with strong emphasis on communication and organization to manage complex coordination across trades.

Qualifications

• Multifamily Construction experience required.
• Experience with podium and wrap preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with subcontractors.
• Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management
• Provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on time
