ZRS Management LLC in Irving, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, provide information about available properties, and negotiate lease terms to ensure high occupancy. You will conduct tours, market vacancies, respond to inquiries, prepare lease paperwork, and assist residents with move-ins.

Join a team that values excellent customer service, fair housing compliance, and strong organizational skills. Weekend availability is required 1–2 days per month.

Formación

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Attract and screen tenants, provide property information, negotiate lease terms.
• Market and promote available properties to maximize occupancy.
• Conduct property tours and screen applicants.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist move-ins.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and special reports.
• Explain lease and community policies clearly to residents.
• Plan resident events and uphold fair housing regulations.
• Work weekends 1–2 days per month.
