Job summary

Greek Housing Management in Evanston, IL seeks a Coordinator of Leasing & Compliance to assist the Director with onboarding of new accounts, sublease management, and member compliance under SAE policies.

You will serve as a key contact for Chapter members and guarantors, manage rosters, and coordinate invoicing with the Asset Management Department while supporting reporting and eviction/collection processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Is self-motivated, organized, and able to work with a team.
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with policy creation and writing.
• Is dependent, flexible, and able to prioritize tasks.
• Expected to work out of the Fraternity Service Center in Evanston, IL.

Responsibilities

• Assist with New Account Management and Chapter Onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding of new Chapter Members to the Revela database.
• Review and manage sublease and compliance of Chapter Members.
• Assist in Sublease Forecasting and Chapter House occupancy reporting.
• Assist Chapter reporting and compliance with Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and SAE Fin/ Housing Corp; roster maintenance.
• Act as the customer service representative to Chapter Members and Guarantors.
• Other duties as assigned.
