University Partners is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support leasing, marketing, and resident relations by delivering outstanding customer service and helping achieve occupancy goals. You will conduct tours, present amenities, and communicate clearly about lease terms.

The role requires reviewing applications, coordinating with maintenance, and maintaining accurate lease files while upholding Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Leasing, sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, guests, and vendors.
• Lease apartments to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Follow Fair Housing standards in all interactions.
• Conduct tours and present community features and amenities.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts.
• Review applications including income, credit, and background screening.
• Prepare and maintain lease files and required documentation.
• Verify apartment readiness prior to move-in.
• Support lease renewal and retention efforts.
• Track leads, guest cards, and follow-ups in property management systems.
• Respond to calls, emails, and resident communication promptly.
• Assist with work order entry and maintenance communication.
• Maintain leasing office, model units, and amenity presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of market competitors, pricing, and concessions.
