Royal American Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and resident relations. You will assist with marketing, screenings, and maintaining budgets while ensuring quality service and professionalism across the community.

The role requires excellent attendance, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with residents, staff, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and resident relations is required or preferred.
• Proven customer service and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage and monitor budgets and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in leasing, screening, and selecting residents.
• Maintain rent collection procedures and assist with budget adherence.
• Help develop marketing campaigns and resident services programs.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance prior to work.
• Monitor tenant relations and mediate disputes when needed.
• Utilize software to enter service requests and review maintenance reports.
