Royal American Companies is seeking a Leasing Consultant to develop relationships with prospective and current residents, assist with marketing, and manage leasing activities. You will ensure a positive, professional experience, coordinate services, and support administrative tasks throughout tenant lifecycle.

Role requires excellent attendance, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced property management environment.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
• Assist in resident services programming and promotions.
• Attract, screen, and select prospective residents according to criteria.
• Prepare market surveys and traffic reports for the property.
• Handle lease renewals and move‑in/move‑out processes.
• Answer calls and greet visitors promptly; follow up with guests within 24 hours.
• May perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
