Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in daily property operations, leasing, marketing, and resident relations. The role emphasizes maintaining financial records and coordinating with maintenance and vendors.

You will help with advertising, showings, applicant screening, and processing of applications, while ensuring professional, courteous interactions with residents and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with residents, vendors and team members in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Demonstrates professional demeanor and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing advertising materials.
• Assist in showing units and screening applicants.
• Maintain records of rental levels of comparable units in the surrounding area.
• Present creative leasing and marketing ideas.
• Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, and representatives of other companies.
• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria and secure applications.
• Process applications for approvals and submit to Community Manager for approval.
• Assist in monitoring renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Input information into the Yardi system accurately and timely.
