Job summary

Royal American Management seeks an experienced Community Manager to oversee a designated property, lead onsite staff, and ensure superior resident service. You will drive leasing, marketing, budgeting, and compliance while maintaining high occupancy and strong vendor relations.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus a valid license where required. Some evening/weekend work may be necessary to meet property needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Property/Community Manager license as applicable.
• Experience in multifamily/property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned property operations.
• Supervise and train on-site staff.
• Manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets with regional managers.
• Ensure rent collection and vendor compliance.
• Conduct property walk-throughs and coordinate maintenance.
