Investment Property Group in Richland, WA is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support operations at Richland Mobile Home Park (334 homes). The role combines leasing, resident relations, and rent collection with a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.

You will work with the Community Manager to ensure daily operations, conduct tours, handle applications, walk properties, and address resident concerns while upholding community standards and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• 1+ years assisting at a manufactured housing or multifamily community (100+ units).
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service abilities.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG professionally at all times.
• Drive daily sales and marketing for available homes.
• Conduct community tours for prospective buyers.
• Coordinate weekend support for open houses and RV site.
• Work with Community Manager on daily operations.
• Oversee rent collections and delinquency follow-up.
• Assist with leasing for new move-ins and renewals.
• Inspect common areas and document findings.
• Meet and respond to resident concerns and requests.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with residents and vendors.
• Attend professional meetings and regulatory inspections.
