Job summary

Investment Property Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support two manufactured housing communities in Auburn, WA, including Skylark Village Estates 1 and 2. The role covers leasing, resident relations, rent collection, and administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

The candidate will conduct tours, host open houses, and engage prospective tenants while coordinating maintenance and vendor contracts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience assisting at a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal skills with residents and team members.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and coordinate with vendors.
• Proficiency in property management software (Manage America, CRM, Blue Moon, Rent Café).

Responsibilities

• Represent Investment Property Group in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Drive daily sales and marketing to promote and sell homes within the community.
• Conduct community tours and engage prospective buyers with enthusiasm.
• Host open houses on weekends and participate in after-hours events as needed.
• Assist Community Manager with rent collection, documentation, and delinquency procedures.
• Maintain admin tasks, reporting, and on-site marketing efforts.
