Job summary

Investment Property Group is seeking an assistant manager for Richland Mobile Home Park in Richland, WA. You will support the Community Manager across all site operations and leasing processes, and coordinate with vendors and regulatory bodies.

The role emphasizes balancing resident relations, sales of homes, and delinquency management, with weekend support for open houses and pool operations, ensuring a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in an assistant/support role at a community with 100+ homes.
• Hands-on rent collection and delinquency management experience.
• Comfort with property management software (Manage America, Rent Café, Blue Moon or similar).
• Strong conflict-resolution skills and customer-service approach suitable for long-term owner-occupied households.
• Sales ability to present and move available homes (not just lease lots).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager across site operations.
• Conduct property walks and address common area conditions.
• Handle resident concerns and complaints; follow up on delinquency.
• Coordinate evictions when needed and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Run community tours and move buyers through home purchase process; manage applications and waitlist.
• Assist with unit inspections and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
• Participate in regulatory meetings or agency inspections.
