Valiant Residential in Grand Prairie, TX, is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and financial record-keeping under the Community Manager.

You will help prepare advertising materials, show units, screen applicants, process applications in the Yardi system, collect deposits, and assist with renewals and invoices. This role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and teamwork across maintenance and management staff.

Competenze

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain before interacting with prospective residents.

Mansioni

• Assist in preparing advertising materials.
• Assist in showing units and screening applicants.
• Maintain records of rental levels of comparable units in the surrounding area.
• Present creative leasing and marketing ideas.
• Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, and representatives of other companies.
• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria.
• Have the prospect complete the application and secure a deposit per procedures.
• Update availability reports and process applications for approvals in Yardi.
• Assist in monitoring renewals and notices.
• Professionally represent the company at all times.
• Accept rental payments and route to Community Manager.
• Type lease documents and input information in Yardi accurately.
• Assist management with other tasks and enforce community policies.
• Prepare and maintain complete resident files and notices.
• Assist with lease preparation, signing, and administration.
