The role emphasizes preparing marketing plans, tracking leasing activity, and ensuring data accuracy in Entrata while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing laws and corporate procedures.

Qualifications

• Prepare marketing plans and develop new strategies and programs designed to meet occupancy goals
• Prepare/monitor daily and weekly leasing reports in order to make pricing recommendations to ensure optimal rent growth
• Ensure all data is accurately entered in Entrata, resulting in quality follow-up
• Ensure leasing staff complies with corporate procedures and government laws on Fair Housing

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing plans and develop new strategies and programs designed to meet occupancy goals
• Prepare/monitor daily and weekly leasing reports to make pricing recommendations
• Ensure all data is accurately entered in Entrata, resulting in quality follow-up
• Generate and track traffic of prospective residents by utilizing effective marketing techniques
• Conduct/oversee all tasks necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours
• Plan renewal activities and events
• Walk the property to identify maintenance issues and address them
• Understand safety, emergency, and fire evacuation policies
